About the Role
Location: Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire
Hours: 9am–5pm core hours, with flexibility as needed for filming.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 pa (Depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
Making magic You will do this specifically by:
We're looking for a talented Videographer to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects across the UK and beyond.
You'll be hands-on in every stage of production, from concept to final delivery and play a key role in shaping the future of Sam Teale Productions. As you grow with the business, there's scope to progress into more senior roles.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling through video, brimming with creative ideas, and eager to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
* Collaborate on creative concepts based on client briefs
* Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
Production
* Operate as lead videographer or as a second shooter
* Capture high-quality footage on location
Post-Production
* Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Source music and add voiceovers, SFX, graphics, and titles
* Organise and manage media files
* Deliver polished, professional final videos
Research & Development
* Analyse industry trends and competitor content
* Suggest creative improvements for future projects
Collaboration
* Work closely with clients and the internal team
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
* A passion for storytelling and a desire to constantly improve.
Bonus points for:
* DaVinci Resolve experience (for colour or finishing).
* Photoshop know-how.
* Any other hidden creative superpowers we didn't think to ask for
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Creative, passionate, and confident sharing ideas
* Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Photoshop knowledge a plus)
* Experienced in commercial videography (ideally with a portfolio to prove it)
* Comfortable communicating with clients and building strong relationships
* Able to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
* Happy to travel for shoots and work occasional flexible hours
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in videography, ideally within a production company or agency
* Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent experience
* A strong, varied portfolio (essential)
* Understanding of editing, motion graphics, and sound design
* Experience creating content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
* Full UK driving licence (due to location and on-site work)
* Strong time management and organisational skills
