Hourly Rate: £13.50 weekdays | £20.00 bank holidays
Contract Type: Temporary (with the potential to go permanent – not guaranteed)
Hours: Around 20 hours per week (overtime available)
Shift Patterns: Between 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, including alternate weekends
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required

What You’ll Do
* Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
* Assist with medication administration (training provided).
* Support mobility and use equipment safely where needed.
* Promote clients’ well‑being and independence.
* Keep accurate care records and communicate effectively with your team.
* Work flexibly across a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle.

About You
* Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated.
