We cover age ranges from 6 - 18, dependent on the setting you are working in. Your Role Will Involve:
* Supporting creative and structured activities tailored to each child's needs
* Helping children overcome barriers to learning and build confidence and social skills
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders to deliver individualised support
* Building positive relationships to understand triggers, interests, and emotional needs
Who We're Looking For:
* Psychology, social care (or related) graduate with a passion for working with children with SEN
* Strong empathy, resilience, creativity, and problem-solving skills
* GCSEs in Maths and English (A -C or 4+)
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply (we can support this)
