To be successful, you will ideally have: At least 2 years' Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership Eligibility to work in the UK A full UK driving licence Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly A flexible, adaptable approach and ability to work to deadlines Experience in a customer-focused environment A proactive attitude with confidence in upselling and promoting services What will your role look like?
