What you will do Make outbound calls to existing Buy It Direct customers to explain and sell our warranty services on their products, e.g. washing machines, fridge freezers. Accurately update and maintain customer information in our system. Identify opportunities to upsell by understanding customer needs and effectively presenting our warranty benefits. What we are looking for • Strong communicators who can build rapport quickly and confidently • Positive, outgoing individuals with the drive to achieve results. • Self-motivated people who stay focused and resilient • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not essential.
