Requirements:
* Hold the relevant CSP qualification and have the required community nursing experience as set out in the job description.
* Patient‑centred care focus, delivering our values and nursing with pride, respect, empathy, consideration, compassion and dignity.
* A 7‑day service with variable shift patterns available between 8 am–6 pm.
* Full driving license and access to a car.
