The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
* Support children's early development across all areas of learning, including communication, language, and social skills.
* Implement effective observation and assessment strategies to track progress.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that inspires curiosity and independence.
* Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to build strong foundations for each child's education.
About You / Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
* Recent experience teaching within EYFS, with a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
* A caring, creative, and child-centred approach to teaching.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and families.
