Oversee all machining activities across CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and manual operations. Support team members with hands-on machining work as required to meet operational demands. Plan workloads, allocate jobs, and manage workflow to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and promote continuous improvement across the team. Communicate effectively with engineering, quality, and planning departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain production flow. Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Proven experience in CNC Turning, Milling, and manual machining. Prior experience leading or supervising a machining or production team. Strong technical understanding of machining processes and tooling. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
