Resident Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team, creating personalised experiences to mirror our guests’ onsite experience. Resident Hotels is a specialist Hotel Management Company, that manages two hotel brands; The Resident in London, Edinburgh and Liverpool and Marriott International's Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand in Cardiff, Newcastle and Dundee and Edinburgh. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication and brand strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, guest engagement, market share and profitability of our hotel brands. Using data and insight to optimise all plans and drive advocacy and loyalty. You will be responsible for all brand guidelines, content creation, tone of voice and PR both internally and externally. You will support the Head of Brand and Marketing to oversee brand strategy and manage multi-channel campaigns by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand's messaging resonates with target audiences and aligns with our overall business objectives. You will be responsible for all brand guidelines, cross channel content creation and tone of voice both internally and externally, ensuring that all communications consistency deliver our brand purpose. As Brand Marketing Manager, key responsibilities will include brand and campaign management, content development, PR and partnerships and be part of a collaborative and energetic marketing team with the drive to deliver exceptional results. We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who has: A degree in a marketing related function or equivalent higher education experience of benefit. 3 years progressive work experience in a marketing related role. Strong marketing experience in a hotel environment would be an advantage. High personal performance standards and actively seeks innovative solutions and opportunities to develop and learn. Experience in collaborative, cross functional working in wide teams. Confidence to proactively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of using marketing and measurement specific software applications. Solid working knowledge of and experience in online marketing channels. Experience with brand development Confidence with developing PR coverage and developing mutually beneficial partnerships. Experience in content creation on and offline. Excellent social media skills and understanding of what drives performance. Passion for improving organisational results and output from marketing activity. Strong budget management skills and good commercial acumen being able to justify spend. Initiative and agile thinking to solve problems and adapt to change. Excellent organisation skills with acute attention to detail. Flexibility and is able to deal with positive challenge and ambiguity. Ability to take responsibility and handle pressure. Adaptability to new ideas. Strong communication skills, written and spoken English. Why work for us as?
