Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced support services team, where you will provide administrative and after-sales customer service support to clients' customers worldwide.
Duties will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support, responding to emails, telephone calls, and resolving technical queries.
* Preparing and issuing daily service quotes
* Reviewing and accepting purchase orders for service work, including liaising with the legal team on negotiation of terms and conditions where required
* Inputting invoice requests onto a calibration database for processing, resolving rejected invoices, and dealing with invoice queries
* Contacting customers to follow up on requests for purchase orders for outstanding work
* Liaising with operations teams to keep customers updated on job progress
* Coordinating rental services, providing quotations, processing orders for shipment to customers within agreed deadlines, monitoring rental stock levels, and monthly invoicing
* Conducting due diligence and screening on customers to ensure compliance with export control sanctions and company procedures. Liaising with legal and group export control teams to facilitate screening of customers in high-risk jurisdictions.
* Reviewing and updating customer service procedures to reflect current working practices.
* Sales and management of software licenses and providing support to software users.
Requirements:
* Strong IT skills
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Solid customer service or sales administration experience
