* Reports To: Area Manager / Operations Director
* Location: Central Scotland Region (covering stores in Stirling, Bathgate, and Falkirk)
* Salary: £13.50 per hour plus Generous Mileage Allowance
* Start Date: Immediate Starts Available
* Contract: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

The Multi-Site Manager Role:
As the Multi-Site Manager, you will be the operational leader responsible for the performance, standards, and team development across your Central Scotland territory (Stirling, Bathgate, and Falkirk). You will provide hands-on support to the Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and driving sales growth in all locations.
You will be required to work across all stores where needed, splitting your time strategically to maximise the effectiveness and profitability of the region.
Functional Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the financial performance of multiple sites, demonstrating accountability for growing regional sales, managing labour costs, and achieving key operational KPIs.
* Ensuring all products served across all sites meet rigorous quality standards and that operational procedures are followed consistently (Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and compliance).
* Identifying and resolving efficiency bottlenecks across the territory and implementing best practices to ensure a clean, swift, and profitable operation.
* Monitoring stock control, minimising waste, and ensuring compliance with all internal and external audit requirements.
Leadership & Culture Responsibilities:
* Providing consistent leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the Restaurant General Managers and Shift Managers across the region.
* Championing Yum!’s culture and Glenshire Group values, fostering a positive, engaging, and professional environment across all three locations.
* Supporting the RGMs in hiring and training high-performing teams, and taking ownership of succession planning within the region.
* Ensuring a consistent focus on exceeding Customer Satisfaction targets across all sites, resolving complex customer issues as they arise, and driving a 'customer-first' culture.
Candidate Requirements:
To thrive in this multi-site leadership role, you will need to possess the following:
* Proven management experience within a Quick-Service Restaurant or Food Service environment.
* Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have access to reliable transport for frequent travel between the Stirling, Bathgate, and Falkirk sites.
* Demonstrated ability to coach, direct, motivate, and mentor management teams across multiple locations.
* Must have the availability to work across various shift patterns (including weekends) and the flexibility to travel regularly between Stirling, Bathgate, and Falkirk.
* Sound financial understanding and accountability for driving sales and managing cost centres across a territory.
* Sound Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
