Salary: Up to 38k
Shifts: Day shift (Early finish Friday)

Job Description
As a Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing plant pipe systems across a busy industrial site. You\'ll carry out both planned maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining and repairing pipe systems and associated mechanical equipment.
* Supporting maintenance technicians and apprentices within the team.
* Carrying out preventive maintenance (PM) and responding to work orders.
* Reading, interpreting, and modifying pipe drawings and schematics.
* Identifying, isolating, and removing redundant or faulty pipework.
* Collaborating with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
* Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
* Attending maintenance meetings and maintaining accurate shift handover notes.
This Pipe Fitter role will suit a proactive professional who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and working in a hands-on environment.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in industrial or plant pipe fitting.
* The ability to read and modify technical pipe drawings.
* Knowledge of maintenance excellence techniques (RCFA, Kaizen, etc.).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
* A safety-first attitude and good attention to detail.
* Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in pipe fitting or mechanical maintenance (preferred).
