REGISTERED MANAGER THERAPEUTIC CHILDREN HOME
Location: Radstock, Bath and North East Somerset
Salary: £48,000 per annum plus bonuses

We are partnering with a leading therapeutic care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a small, specialist children's home near Radstock. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a nurturing, trauma-informed environment focused on lasting positive outcomes for young people.
About the Role:
You will manage all aspects of the home's operation, including safeguarding, staff leadership, and the delivery of trauma-informed care. Your leadership will ensure compliance with regulations and promote a culture of warmth, stability, and therapeutic support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead day-to-day management and development of the home
2. Oversee personalised, trauma-informed care plans
3. Manage safeguarding, staff training, supervision, and wellbeing
4. Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and other legislation
5. Promote reflective practice and therapeutic approaches across the team
6. Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections
7. Coordinate staff rotas including out-of-hours cover
