ROLE: Commercial Coordinator
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester

We're looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will support quantity surveying and commercial management activities while assisting the Projects Commercial Director and Senior Leadership Team.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Projects Commercial Director with coordination, preparation and management of key documentation, reports, presentations and meetings.
2. Deliver administrative support to quantity surveying and commercial management teams.
3. Support rollout and administration of electronic payment software (Payapps) and contribute to Project Bedrock tracking and adoption.
4. Help prepare, process and maintain contract documentation including subcontracts, purchase orders and payment applications.
5. Collate and submit monthly commercial reports, CVRs, business reviews and forecasts, ensuring document storage and accurate record‑keeping across all commercial materials.
Required Qualifications:
6. Relevant administrative experience within construction, engineering or commercial environments.
7. Experience supporting commercial or quantity surveying teams (desirable).
8. Familiarity with Payapps, ERP systems or business change projects is advantageous.
9. Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong numeracy capability.
10. Professionalism, discretion and the ability to meet deadlines while adapting to new processes and business change initiatives.
