Responsibilities
* Achieve individual sales goals.
* Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
* Deliver exemplary customer service and create the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
* Build personal connections with guests using effective selling skills.
* Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate business‑driving events in store.
* Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
* Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador and convey client feedback to management.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
* Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing the facility.

Qualifications
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
* Elevated sense of personal style.
* Physical requirements: ability to work store schedule, stand for extended periods, safely lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $15.00 – $17.25 hourly (depending on experience). Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; a 401(k) savings plan; and paid time off for wellness and vacation. Eligible employees may also receive discounted products and incentive compensation.
