Care Assistant – SEND Classroom Support (Training Provided)

Contract: Full time, long term
Start: ASAP
Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)

In this role you’ll:
1. Provide personal care and mobility support
2. Assist with sensory activities and structured routines
3. Help pupils regulate emotions with gentle reassurance
4. Support teachers with engagement and communication tasks
5. Build confidence and independence in small steps
You’ll thrive if you:
6. Have experience in care, domiciliary, residential or complex needs support
7. Are naturally patient and nurturing
8. Can stay calm during challenging moments
9. Enjoy helping children feel safe and understood
