About the Opportunity
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in or exposure to Will drafting? We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with Will Drafting Experience to join our team, supporting our lawyers and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in Private Client services, particularly in Wills and Estate Planning, Land Registry and/or LPA (Lasting Power of Authority.
What You Will Be Doing
* Providing administrative support to the team.
* Assisting with the drafting and reviewing of Wills and related legal documents.
* Managing clients, correspondence, and document preparation.
* Handling client enquiries professionally and sensitively.
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
* Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with legal and firm procedures.
What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:
* Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm.
* Experience in Will drafting and an understanding of estate planning.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
