On behalf of our client, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join a 24-hour residential home that provides care and support to adults with autism spectrum conditions, moderate to severe learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, and/or complex needs, including behaviors that may challenge. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment that meets the needs of individuals and groups. This role requires a positive, person-centered approach to help service users achieve greater independence and fulfill their potential.

Our client’s service is a 24-hour residential home supporting adults with a range of conditions including autism spectrum conditions, moderate to severe learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, and/or complex needs, including behaviors that may challenge.
