The Role:
As an Operations Adminstrator at City Plumbing, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the Regional Operations & Sales Director, ensuring their smooth operation and enabling them to focus on strategic goals. Your role will involve managing a diverse range of tasks, requiring excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. This role will be hugely important in supporting the Branch network over a predefined region.

Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the Regional Leadership team and branch network, being an additional support to help complete important tasks.
2. Effectively manage the Regional Operation and Sales Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Prepare professional correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports, on behalf of the Regional Operations & Sales Director.
4. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
