What the Job Involves As part of the Day Care Services at Wirral Evolutions, your primary role is to support and positively impact the lives of adults with learning, physical disabilities, and complex health needs in community settings. You will assist in their personal care needs, develop and implement activities, and contribute to their care plans. You will promote independence and well-being, manage finances related to care activities, and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders. Your role involves adhering to health and safety protocols, participating in meetings, contributing to fundraising and social events, mentoring new staff, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment.
