Main duties of the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and quality-driven General Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive clinical team. The post-holder will manage a diverse caseload, delivering the highest standards of compassionate, patient-centred care.
About us
We currently have three GP partners, two salaried GPs, Practice Nurse, NurseAssociate, Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy technician, Paramedic,Physiotherapists and Social Prescribers.
The practice has a strong training and development ethos with placementprovision for Resident doctors, GP specialist post-graduate doctors in trainingand medical students from Warwick Medical School.
As a partnership team we bring a wealth of experience in managing theever-changing challenges and demands of General Practice and of our practicepopulation. We are a supportive team recognising and valuing the importance ofprofessional development, working collaboratively, feeling valued and a goodwork life balance. We are passionate about working to improve healthinequalities through excellent Primary Care provision and are looking for alike-minded GP to join our team.
Job responsibilities
Clinical:
Manage a varied caseload of booked, urgent, and emergency appointments, conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations.
Assess and manage undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
Undertake home visits when clinically necessary.
Make safe, autonomous clinical decisions in line with GMC guidelines.
Create, review, and maintain clear medical records and care plans.
Safely prescribe, review, and action medications and correspondence in a timely manner.
Administrative & Governance:
Participate in practice audits, clinical meetings, and Quality Improvement (QI) activities.
Adhere to all practice policies, clinical guidelines, and CQC standards.
Actively contribute to an efficient, collaborative multidisciplinary team

* Full GMC Registration with a License to Practice.
* Included on the NHS Performers List
