About the Role This is a high-visibility, evolving position within our core commercial team. As our Bid Manager, you will step away from generic, "copy-and-paste" tendering. Your primary mission will be to write, tailor, and deeply personalize high-scoring bid submissions that reflect our technical capabilities and unique value proposition. You will act as the central operational link across the business, coordinating input from diverse internal divisions (Engineering, HSE, Finance, and Operations) and external stakeholders to construct winning proposals.
