As our Head Chef you will:
Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks
Lead the staff and managing all food related functions
Work to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction
Be responsible for guiding and developing the restaurant chefs
Maximize the financial performance
Supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced
Ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved
Be responsible to oversee all food preparation and all support areas (e.g., dish room and purchasing)
Review staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
