We believe jewellery retail is about product knowledge—knowing where the gems come from or how a watch keeps time. Our Store Supervisors bring this knowledge to life, serving as role models for customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting store management.
Your Background
Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but your ability to sell, communicate, and build rapport is key. Ambition and a desire to grow into management roles are important, and we provide coaching and training to support your development.
