An established law firm in Edinburgh is seeking a Document Production Assistant to join their busy support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise to play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality documents in a professional services environment. The Role: Produce, edit and format a wide variety of legal and business documents using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF software. Ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with house style and templates. Manage amendments, track changes and reformatting, including complex tasks such as tables of contents, cross-referencing and styles. Liaise with colleagues and fee earners to clarify instructions and meet deadlines. Transcribe digital dictation and support with specialist document requests. Assist with maintaining and updating templates, precedents and house style guidance. Support project work, IT training queries and smarter working initiatives within the team. About You: Previous experience in a document production or word processing role (ideally within professional services).
