Main duties of the job
As the Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse program of activities that cater to the varied interests and needs of the residents. This may include organizing group activities, one-on-one sessions, outings, and special events. You will work closely with the residents, their families, and the wider care team to ensure that each individual's preferences and abilities are taken into account. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to this role, as you will need to effectively communicate with the residents, coordinate schedules, and manage resources. A driver's license is preferred to facilitate outings and community engagement.

Qualifications
