Remedy Social Work is seeking an experienced Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) to join Walsall Council on a part-time basis, ideally from Wednesday to Friday. The LADO will manage allegations concerning professionals working with children, provide guidance aligned with local safeguarding procedures, and implement strategies to meet service needs.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a safeguarding environment as a qualified social worker, along with a basic level of digital skills.
