Featherbank Primary School is a thriving one-form entry school with a warm, inclusive ethos and a commitment to providing the very best education for every child. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Class Teacher to join our team.
This role will involve teaching a class with high levels of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will have the skills and resilience to create a nurturing, structured environment where all children can thrive.

What We’re Looking For
•A qualified teacher with proven classroom experience (this post is not suitable for ECTs).
•Strong understanding of SEN and SEMH strategies, with the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs.
•Excellent behaviour management skills and a commitment to positive relationships.
•A reflective practitioner who works collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
•Someone who is passionate about inclusion and determined to make a difference.
