About Fairfields Farm:

Fairfields Farm is a proudly independent producer of award-winning crisps and potatoes. Our business combines a passion for farming with a commitment to quality and sustainability.

We’re growing rapidly and we’re really excited to recruit for this marketing/comms role. With strong roots across wholesale, retail, and foodservice, we are looking for a proactive Trade Communications Manager to help drive sales and strengthen our customer relationships.

What we’re looking for:

Envisioned as a part time role of up to 3 days per week, the Trade Communications Manager will lead all trade-facing marketing activity to support sales growth across key accounts and channels. You’ll provide tailored support to priority customers, develop engaging trade communications, do a little light artworking (hello Canva!) using existing brand assets and take ownership of trade events.

There's a lot of flexibility with this role: You can be based at the farm all the time if you would like, or you can work remotely. There will, of course, be some trade events and the occasional trip to the farm as and when required (likely no more than once per month). Mainly UK travel will be expected, but overseas travel is possible in the future.

We're a small and busy team, and there is so much scope to make this role your own. It’s essential that you are a self-starter who is able to get stuck in.
