Job Title: Mobile Onboarding Project Administrator

Location: Farnborough (Hybrid)

Salary: £26,228

Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract


About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Mobile Onboarding Project Administrator to join our team on a 12‑month fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will become a key member of the Mobile Onboarding team, working collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless customer implementations and exceptional service.


Responsibilities

* Control monthly reconciliations, invoicing and reporting for all implementations.
* Ensure smooth, accurate and timely implementation and that pre‑requisites (e.g., transfer lists, DD forms, communications, MNP) are completed before setup.
* Develop a proactive, personal approach to each customer contact during an implementation project.
* Solve service and administration issues, handle customer complaints during implementation.
* Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers; facilitate actions required for implementation and ongoing maintenance.
* Collaborate with peers across departments and promote a culture of exceeding customer expectations.

* Ability to work as part of a wide and varied team.
* Strong stakeholder skills; develop close working relationships within sales teams.

* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Flexible, adjust readily to new situations while effectively dealing with ambiguity, stress and uncertainty.
* Self‑directed, able to achieve or exceed results against documented goals.
* Understanding of the processes for customer escalations.

* Previous experience in customer service or sales environment.
* Excellent administrative skills.
