The Role
As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering projects across the marine, offshore, and energy sectors. Key Responsibilities
* Support senior engineers in the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
* Assist with project documentation, testing, and commissioning activities.
* Participate in condition assessments, failure investigations, and technical reporting.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within engineering projects.
* Engage with clients and suppliers to support project delivery.
About You
* Recently graduated (or due to graduate) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally at Master’s level.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast‑paced, technical environment.
* Willingness to travel internationally for short project assignments.
