Tenancy Sustainment Team Leader - Homelessness £30,437.50 a year Stoke on Trent Hours per week37.5 Contract typePermanent Lead a high-performing team of Tenancy Sustainment Officers, ensuring consistent, person-centred support from referral to move-on. Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and partnership, working to deliver exceptional housing outcomes. Job requirements Manage the Tenancy Sustainment team, taking the lead on the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff. Youll support staff by setting clear objectives, maintaining good communication and managing workload to make sure cover is always provided. Lead on service delivery, including property management, to ensure that the service is high-quality and meets the needs of Concretes customers. Work with internal departments to develop monitoring and performance targets. Develop good working relationships with multi-agencies, such as health and social care, Local Authority, and housing providers. Manage referrals into the service and assess each customer's housing needs. Support the Operations Manager with reports when needed. What were looking for A degree level qualification, or qualified by experience to an equivalent level. Experience in housing management and working on project delivery. Experience in people management and HR processes, and financial processes, including expense and invoice processing. Charted Institute of Housing (CIH) member, or the willingness to work towards it. Strong self-awareness, self-management skills and professionalism. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills. Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle for work. DBS check required every three years.
