With recent major acquisitions in the candles and lifestyle spaces, we are doubling down on growth and expanding our UK footprint.
The Role
As our new Key Account Manager, you will take strategic and operational ownership of a £3.6 Million budget across 10 to 12 major retail accounts. Your mission is dual-focused: nurturing established high-street relationships while driving new business development for our rapidly growing non-food and general merchandise lines.
What You’ll Do
* Manage & Penetrate: Lead relationships with major supermarket chains (like Morrisons, Asda, Co-op) and drive expansion into top-tier grocers like Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
* Execute Strategy: Balance high-level commercial strategy with hands‑on execution— including store visits to monitor competitor presence and store layouts.
* International Collaboration: Work closely with our UK team and independent representatives while collaborating with international subsidiaries.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record: as a Key or National Account Manager within the UK FMCG / Grocery / Discounter sectors.
* Relationship builder: strong relationship builder with existing contacts in major high‑street discounters or supermarkets.
* Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset: loves being out in the field as much as building a commercial strategy.
