Eligibility: You’re currently an undergraduate pursuing your bachelor’s degree in your penultimate year of study, looking for a placement/sandwich year – graduating in 2028.
What You’ll Do
* Prioritise payments opportunities based on ARR impact
* Improve approval, recovery, and renewal rates across the subscription lifecycle
* Identify key performance drivers across payment methods (cards, SEPA, iDEAL)
* Own core metrics (authorisation, retry success) and drive highest‑impact levers
* Lead cross‑functional initiatives (e.g. retries, routing, APMs, 3DS) and deliver executive‑ready recommendations
What You Need To Succeed
* Outstanding academic performance
* Strong SQL, Excel modelling, and analytical skills
* Evidence of excellence (internships, competitions, leadership)
* Exceptional problem‑solving and communication ability
* Interest or experience in payments, fintech, or subscription business models (transaction data analysis, A/B testing, or working with financial/customer data)
