As a key member of our senior leadership team, you’ll oversee multiple services, drive operational excellence, and ensure that every home in your region is a place where children feel safe, supported, and seen. This is a pivotal strategic role with real influence – from quality assurance and safeguarding to business growth and service innovation.
Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple services across the Northwest region.
* Drive operational excellence and ensure safe, trauma-informed care across all homes.
* Lead quality assurance and safeguarding initiatives, managing Ofsted inspections and compliance.
* Conduct business growth planning and service innovation.
* Inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
Qualifications
* Proven senior leadership in child’s residential care.
* Strong track record with Ofsted inspections and compliance.
* Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and inspirational leadership.
* Passion for inclusion, integrity, and championing children’s rights.
