Position: Football Operations Executive
Hours: 35 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and match days.
Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing
Contract Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Men's First Team and training ground operations to drive efficiencies.
* Manage travel itineraries for players, staff and visitors.
* Ensure optimal utilisation of training pitches and facilities.
* Coordinate logistics for events, training sessions and matches.
* Liaise with key stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
* Track and juggle multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
* Experience in an operational or project-management role.
* Prior experience in professional sport is desirable but not essential.
