AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is seeking a dedicated and professional House Butler to join our team and provide exceptional service in our luxury properties. As a House Butler, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of the homeowners and guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and comfort. Your role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of the household and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
At Residence:
* Oversee daily household operations and staff coordination.
* Maintain immaculate household presentation and readiness.
* Manage wardrobe, packing/unpacking, and personal shopping.
* Handle guest reception and event hosting.
* Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers Provide attentive and personalized service to homeowners and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
* Manage daily household tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the property to the highest standards.
* Assist with meal service, including setting and clearing dining tables, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an elegant dining experience.
* Coordinate laundry and wardrobe management, including ironing and garment care.
* Handle household errands and administrative tasks as required.
* Ensure proper maintenance and care of household inventory and supplies.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with residents and guests.
While Traveling:
o Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries
o Manage hotel and restaurant bookings, including VIP arrangements and preferences
o Ensure smooth transitions between locations
o Provide valet services, including packing, wardrobe care, and personal assistance
o Maintain discretion and security at all times
o Anticipate and fulfill the principal’s needs proactively
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role for UHNW individuals
* Formal butler training or hospitality background preferred
* Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
* Impeccable discretion, loyalty, and professionalism
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Experience with luxury travel and concierge services
* Valid passport and ability to travel internationally on short notice
* Clean driving license and background check
* Strong knowledge of service etiquette and household operations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
