We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bristol area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
Starting salary from £28,571 per annum, pending experience.
£6,000+ additional annual bonus potential with some Vehicle Service Advisors at our client earning over £12,000+ per annum.
Overtime paid at time and a half rate.
22 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays.

Working hours from 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm on a rota, paid as overtime.Requirements:
A working experience within a Service Advisor role
Strong interpersonal skills to build cohesive and positive relationships with customers.
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work; our client is offering a salary of up to £28,571 with OTE of circa £40,000.
