We are looking for a motivated and physically capable Solar Labourer to join our solar installation team. The Solar Labourer will assist in the installation of solar panels, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other components of solar energy systems
* Prepare and maintain the worksite, including handling tools and materials
* Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and assembling solar system components
* Help with the setup and operation of scaffolding and other safety equipment
* Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and company procedures
* Assist with testing and inspections as directed by the lead installer or supervisor
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite
