Join Our Team as an Integrated Services Programme (ISP) School Teacher!

At ISP School, nestled in the beautiful Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex, we are on a mission to provide a supportive and inspiring educational environment for children aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), as well as communication and learning needs.
About the Role
We are seeking an inspirational qualified teacher who is passionate about guiding vulnerable children through their educational journey. If you have experience working with Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly in Science, Maths, and the wider curriculum, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
* Teach engaging lessons at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.
* Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability among students.
* Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive academically.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Successful teaching experience, particularly with children who have SEMH and ASC needs.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths.
* Excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective approach to teaching.
* A good understanding of therapeutic educational approaches.
* Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs.
* Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, term-time only position with hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role is permanent, offering a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £39,520.
