Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Hours: 50 hours per week We are seeking a creative and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations, develop innovative menus, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan and prepare diverse menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep workers, and dishwashers. Ensure food is prepared and presented according to established standards. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment. Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency. Collaborate with management on pricing, budgeting, and cost control.
