We’re seeking an accomplished and inspiring Director of Sales to lead the commercial strategy at a 4-star hotel in the heart of London.
This role requires a results-driven, strategic sales leader with the ability to drive revenue across all hotel departments while enhancing the luxury/lifestyle guest experience in a competitive market.

THE ROLE
As Director of Sales, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth and market repositioning for the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, and Corporate accounts
* Maximise revenue opportunities, ensuring strong commercial performance in all market segments
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team with a culture of excellence
* Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on growth strategies, marketing, and market positioning
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimise business performance
