The Role
As General Manager, youll be the driving force of the business leading the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Youll have the autonomy to make your mark, supported by a thoughtful and engaged ownership team.
Youll Need:
Experience as a GM or senior manager in a quality food-led venue
A hands-on, guest-first approach with a natural flair for hospitality
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organisational ability youre always one step ahead
A calm, collected presence and a passion for great service
Sound understanding of compliance, stock, rotas, and budgets
