Vision for Education are seeking a full time PPA cover teacher to support in all year groups across the school. This role starts in September with shortlisting happening now. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to cover teachers’ PPA time Maintaining excellent standards of behaviour and engagement in every classroom Supporting pupils’ learning and progress during teacher absence Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school Providing feedback to class teachers on pupil engagement, progress, and any areas of concern Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Contributing to the wider life of the school where appropriate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), (ECT's also welcome to apply) Able to provide full, enhanced DBS clearance (we can help with this if needs be) Able to provide two references to support recent teaching experience Experience teaching across the primary age range Strong classroom management skills A flexible and proactive approach to teaching Salary Salary is dependent on experience, training and/or qualifications.
