About The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning. Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring that every child can access learning. As a Cover Supervisor, You Will Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task. Deliver pre-pared work and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Maintain a calm, purposeful learning atmosphere. Provide feedback to class teaching on pupil progress and behaviour.
