The Role
You'll join a high-performing commercial finance team supporting planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across a multi-site UK operation (

). Your work will directly influence decision-making, efficiency improvements and commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the production of budgets, forecasts and weekly/monthly reporting
* Preparing and analysing KPIs, dashboards and financial performance
* Providing commentary on variances, risks and opportunities
* Assisting with month-end processes and continuous improvement initiatives
* Working with operational and commercial stakeholders to support real business decisions
* Helping identify efficiency opportunities and improvements in profitability and working capital
You'll be encouraged to ask "why?", challenge thinking and look beyond the numbers.
Who We're Looking For
* Part-qualified OR keen to start ACCA / ACA / CIMA studies
* Strong academic background (finance, accounting, economics, STEM or similar)
* 1-2 years' experience in finance, audit, data analysis, FP&A or commercial finance
* Strong analytical ability and excellent Excel skills
* Natural curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset
* Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders
* Experience in manufacturing, BI tools or ERP systems is beneficial but not essential (
