Are you a passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse looking to make a difference across early years settings in Medway? Academics are recruiting dedicated practitioners to work across a range of nurseries, providing high-quality care and learning support for young children.
What we're looking for:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
* Experience working with babies, toddlers, or preschool‑aged children
* A positive, caring, and proactive approach
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Your role may include:
* Supporting children's learning and development through play‑based activities
* Assisting with observations and contributing to planning
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and managers
