Head of Wealth Management Corporate Solutions - Salary £75,000 - £85,000 DOE Excellent Benefits Based – Remote or Hybrid Role – with travel to Hampshire for regular meetings etc Our client is one of the Top 20 financial advice businesses in the UK, responsible for advising 100,000 individual customers and over 250 Corporate clients. We are searching for an Outstanding Corporate Solutions Professional to lead and be the face of the corporate services business within the firm giving advice to employers / small businesses on pension schemes, auto enrolment, and the provision of wider benefits. You will be responsible for leading a team of consultants assisting with the management of existing relationships and the development of new opportunities. Suitable candidates must be fully Diploma qualified with CF1, QC level 4 or equivalent and have experience in advising private clients and corporate business clients. You will ideally be Chartered or working towards Chartered status. Key Responsibilities: * The development and growth of the corporate solutions channel, driving new business and clients from different sources * Own the advice proposition and review and recommend enhancements * Implement and monitor individual targets and ensure company policies are adhered to * Deliver 1st line supervisory, development and coaching requirements * Meeting and exceeding the channel business target * Identifying and converting business owners and other senior corporate personnel to our client’s individual advice team * Work closely with the Executive management team and financial planning to develop the strategic vision and commercial ambitions of the business * Continually develop the operational and client facing aspects of the offering to improve business relationships and results * Ensure excellent customer contact and service is delivered, that the company treats customers fairly and the standard of advice and documentation is in line with guidance. Essential Skills and Experience: * QCA Level 4 Diploma qualified ideally with chartered status or working towards it * 3-5 years’ experience in an advisory role and have 3 years man-management experience * Driven and focused individual with gravitas and excellent Communication skills with Clients and internal employees at all levels * Pensions DB transfers knowledge, investments, personal / business protection / IHT * Strong coaching and people management skills with good leadership skills * Gravitas, excellent presentation skills, sales management skills and negotiation abilities with a drive to succeed * Strong application of technical skill in regulated planning and advice and the ability to develop business within SME’s This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and independent wealth management company.
