Drylining Manager - New Build Residential - Start ASAP
New 12 month contract with an immediate start for a Site Manager to manage drylining packages from 1st fix through to handover. This will be working on a new build residential scheme which has an intense program so applicants must have worked on similar projects so they're able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
* Oversee all on-site operations from 1st fix through to handover for all drylining packages
* Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance / paperwork etc.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
* Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security.
* Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs.
Qualifications
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Plasterer/Drylining trade background
* Minimum 5 years experience
* Able to interview/start asap
