Job description
Central recruitment are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our client as an Order Fulfilment Coordinator. In this hands-on role, you will ensure a seamless order processing journey for their customers, from the receipt of product goods to customer order, dispatch, and delivery. You will serve as a trusted liaison between multiple departments, facilitating a seamless flow of goods and delivering exceptional customer service, while upholding our reputation for quality and efficiency.
Order Fulfilment Coordinator Key Responsibilities
* Generate and analyse the Date Change Reports to track and manage order modifications.
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure that the goods the business receives arrive on time and with minimal disruption to business operations
* Monitor and track consignment movements to ensure goods can be allocated to orders. accurately
* Identify and resolve issues related to orders not dispatched, ensuring prompt order fulfilment.
* Provide updates on uncollected customer collections and follow up with the customer experience teams as required.
* Monitor order cut-off times and ensure any changes are communicated to the wider business.
* Liaise with the cutting tables to address and resolve system issues that affect operations.
* Prepare commercial invoices for export orders, ensuring compliance with the regulations.
* Act as the escalation point for urgent orders, ensuring they are given priority service.
* Assist the Stock and Planning Manager in planning print schedules and managing capacity.
* Support the delivery of project initiatives for a range of continuous improvement projects as required.
Essential Order Fulfilment and Logistics Skills
* Previous experience in order fulfilment, sales order processing, or similar supply chain administration is highly preferred.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently with customers and colleagues.
* Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
* Competency with order management or ERP software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* An analytical approach capable of interpreting data and translating insights into improved processes.
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally within warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
Working Hours are : 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay is : £24,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
